Shipping policy

Where we deliver

We deliver to addresses in England, Wales and Scotland. We don't deliver to Northern Ireland yet, but we're working on it and will update this page when we do. We don't ship outside the UK.

Delivery cost

Standard delivery: £3.99, or free on orders of £45 or more.
Express delivery: £4.99, or free on orders over £50.

These rates apply to every order, including travel packs. You'll see every delivery option and its cost at checkout before you pay.

Travel sachets are sold in packs of four or more, in any mix. If an order includes fewer than four, we may cancel those sachets and refund them, along with the delivery charge if nothing else is left to send.

Dispatch

We usually dispatch orders within 1 working day. Your order is sent with Royal Mail, DPD or DHL, depending on your order and where you are. You'll receive an email when your order has been dispatched.

Delivery times

Most Standard orders arrive within 5 working days, depending on your location.

Subscriptions

Each subscription order is dispatched and delivered in the same way. Any delivery charge is shown at checkout when you subscribe.

Damaged or missing orders

If your order arrives damaged, take a photo of it in the box it came in and email it to info@herdlabnutrition.com with your order number. We'll issue a full refund.

If your order hasn't arrived within 5 working days of dispatch, email us at info@herdlabnutrition.com and we'll look into it with the carrier.
